2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to place orders through our Site.

3. Custom Orders & Artwork Guidelines

• Print-Ready Files: Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution, print-ready files in the correct format (PNG, 300 DPI, transparent background).
• Color Matching: We do not guarantee exact color matches. Colors may appear different depending on screen settings and fabric.
• Copyright Responsibility: By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all content. Threads & Lasers is not responsible for trademark, copyright, or licensing violations.

4. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

• Production Time: Standard turnaround time is 24 – 48 business hours from the date of approved artwork and payment.
• Rush Orders: Rush services may be available at an additional fee.
• Order Changes: Once production has started, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of order placement.
• We accept major credit cards and payment services as listed on our checkout page.

6. Shipping

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking.
• Delays: Threads & Lasers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other forces beyond our control.
• Lost Packages: Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• If there is a print error or quality issue caused by us, we will reprint or refund at our discretion. You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photo documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Threads & Lasers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product ordered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, and product listings, is the property of Threads & Lasers and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms
