We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position that supports all aspects of our production and fulfillment process. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Fridays as needed
- Approximately 24–30 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities
Production
- Operate and assist with apparel decoration equipment, including embroidery machines, heat presses, and DTF printing equipment.
- Prepare garments and products for production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Fold, package, label, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders.
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Verify order accuracy prior to shipment or customer pickup.
- Maintain organized order staging and inventory areas.
Inventory Management
- Receive and organize incoming inventory and supplies.
- Conduct inventory counts and restock production materials as needed.
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
Customer Service
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
- Answer questions regarding orders and order status.
- Help resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Shop Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform daily opening and closing tasks.
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
- Support other production and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in apparel decoration, embroidery, printing, production, shipping, or warehouse environments.
- Experience with Shopify, shipping software, or order management systems.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with embroidery, heat pressing, or apparel production processes.
