We believe in fast prints, smooth processes, and zero guesswork when it comes to getting your DTF prints. Whether you’re having your order shipped or picking it up at the shop, here’s everything you need to know:

🚀 Fast Shipping, Always.

Place your order before 11:00 AM EST (Monday–Friday), and we’ll ship it out the same day.
Boom — straight from our printer to UPS before that afternoon slump.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM? No worries — they’ll ship the next business day.

📬 Once It’s with UPS…

We’ll send you tracking info the moment your order leaves our shop, but from that point on, it’s in UPS’s hands (literally).

We:

• ✅ Pack securely
• ❌ Can’t control UPS delivery times, delays, or reroutes

For shipping questions once your order is in transit, it’s best to contact UPS Customer Support directly using your tracking number.

🛍️ Local Pickup? You Got It.

Want to skip shipping altogether? Choose “Shop Pickup” at checkout and swing by to grab your order in person.

Here’s how it works:

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will be ready for same-day pickup by or before 6:00 PM
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be ready for pickup the next business day by 6:00 PM

We’ll send you a “Ready for Pickup” email as soon as it’s prepped — no guessing or waiting in limbo. 🎯
