⏳ Turnaround Time

Our standard processing time for apparel orders is 5–7 business days — that gives us time to print, press, and pack your order with care. 🧵

⚠️ Heads up: Some specialty items, high-volume orders, or apparel with unique customization may require a little extra time. If that’s the case, we’ll keep you posted every step of the way!

📦 Shipping Methods

All apparel orders ship via UPS or USPS, depending on what gets it to you fastest and most reliably.

Once your order leaves our hands:

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email
• Shipping timelines are in the hands of the carrier (UPS or USPS)
• We can’t control delays, reroutes, or delivery issues once the package is out the door

We do our part quickly and pack everything like pros — but delivery speed from there is all up to the shipping gods. 🙏

📫 Out of Stock or Discontinued Items

We work hard to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally:

• An item you’ve selected may be out of stock, on backorder, or discontinued by our supplier.

If that happens, we’ll email you with options:

1. Wait until it’s restocked
2. Swap the item for something similar
3. Cancel that item for a refund

No surprises — we’ll always reach out and let you decide what works best.

• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup
• Most apparel orders will be available within 5–7 business days
