Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Threads & Lasers, we want you to love what you ordered — but we know sometimes things happen. Here’s the lowdown:

🎨 Custom Orders

• Custom = Final. All custom items are non-refundable and can’t be canceled once placed.
• If we made a mistake in printing or there’s a manufacturer defect, we’ll happily replace it!
• You must let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order.
• No changes, no take-backs, no what-ifs once it’s custom.

👗 Boutique Items (Non-Custom)

• Want to return or exchange? No problem — as long as it’s:
  • New
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags still on

➡️ Returns:

• Must be made within 10 business days
• A 20% restocking fee applies
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Or drop it off in person at our shop!

🔁 Exchanges:

• Same rules as returns — item must be in brand-new condition with tags
• You cover the return shipping, we’ll handle the swap

🚫 Clearance Items

• All clearance sales are final.
• No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.
