1.1 Quality Promise Guarantee
We take pride in our work, and we want you to love what you receive. If you’re not happy with your DTF film, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. We’ll check it out and do what we can to make it right — whether that’s a reprint, refund, or other solution that puts a smile back on your face.
1.2 Oops, That One’s On Us
If a production error happens on our end — like smudged prints, adhesion issues, or anything that clearly missed the mark — we’ll either reprint it for free or offer a full refund. We’re human, but we hold ourselves to superhero standards. 🦸

Let’s keep it real — not every situation qualifies for a do-over. Here are some things that aren’t eligible for refunds:

Once your order is placed, it’s off to production. We can’t offer refunds just because you had second thoughts. (Been there, we get it.)
3.2 Customer Oopsies
If something goes wrong because the artwork wasn’t sized properly, the resolution was low, or the address was off — we can’t take the hit for that. BUT — we’re still here to help you troubleshoot and find a solution that keeps you happy.

Because we’re dealing with made-to-order transfers, we don’t offer standard product exchanges. If there’s a print issue, we’ll handle it through the reprint or refund process mentioned above.
