Standard delivery orders ship in 14 business days or less.

We try to always make sure everything is printed perfectly. Sometimes we mess up. If we do please let us know so we can fix it. You have 7 business days after receiving your order to let us know if we messed up.
If you order something and then decide you don’t want it let us know. If it has been less than 48 hours we will cancel your order and send you a refund. If it has been more than 48 hours you will receive a refund minus 5% of your total order – after 48 hours we have already ordered your merchandise to print and your order cannot be canceled.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is printed incorrectly or the material is flawed or defective.
Sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at myfriends@threadsnlasers.com.
We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not accept returns for this reason.
If your items are printed incorrectly or the material is flawed or defective in any way, please contact us at myfriends@threadsnlasers.com within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return and reprint. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
