Send us a PNG (transparent background) or a PDF.
PDFs must have text converted to outlines. Otherwise, we might not have your fonts, and that’s a whole thing.
Don’t mirror your design—we’ll handle that for you.
High-res only, please. 300 DPI minimum. Blurry files = blurry prints. Nobody wants that.

Heads Up: We print exactly what you upload—no edits, no fixes, no do-overs after submission.

When you upload, you’re saying loud and clear:

My file is 100% ready to print as-is.
I understand Threads n' Lasers isn’t responsible for image issues like blurriness, overlapping, or incorrect sizing.
I know I can’t make changes, cancel, or request a refund once it’s submitted—even if it’s just one image.
If I mess something up, I’ll own it and place a new order.
